>> thank you erica. >> police still waiting for confirmation that the charred remains found in burn cavan in the san bernardino mountains are, in fact, those of suspected cop killer christopher dorner. >> this was the scene where racing out with the party's lead to a fire at the cabin. police are denying claims that the fire was intentionally set. they say, it was caused by tear-gas canisters. >> a couple while on the cabin spoke publicly about their encounter with him. >> he told us about the man in the boat in san diego. >> said he did not kill him and he was not on to kill us. >> he needs transportation out of big bear. >> the couple managed to free themselves and call

year-old detective jeremy mackay. he was a member of the sheriff's department for 15 years. he was married and has two children. at the time of the shooting, the officer was on assignment as a detective with the big bear station. >> this morning san jose police are investigating the fatal stabbing of a teenager in san jose. >> the teenager was found with stab wounds around 3:00 yesterday in the 300 block of north 21st street, near san jose high school. >> investigators expanded the crime scene several times because the ash location of the stabbing is unclear. police say the boy read as that may have been stat the location, then ran to another area where he died. investigators are looking into whether the gang related incident. this is

>> taking a look at wall street this morning market future showing the dow positive trading this morning while the s&p 500 and the nasdaq are showing negative this morning. stocks ended the day mixed yesterday sending the dow back below 14,000. there are the numbers the dow was down 35. the nasdaq up 10. and-a-the standard and poor's five london index ended up less than a point to end at 1520. the index climbed as high as 10051 to 24 during the day, the highest since 2007.
